How do I create a wallet?
Open the app → tap the Wallet tab → tap "Add Wallet" → choose your cryptocurrency → follow the on-screen steps. Write down your 12-word recovery phrase and store it offline in a secure place.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" → enter your registered email → check for a reset code (check spam if not received within 5 minutes) → create your new password.
How do I enable Face ID / Touch ID?
Go to Profile → Security → Biometric Authentication → toggle on. Make sure Face ID or Touch ID is enabled in your device Settings first.
How do I send cryptocurrency to someone?
Tap Trade → Send → select token → enter recipient address or scan their QR code → enter amount → review all details → confirm. Important: crypto transactions are irreversible — always double-check the address before sending.
Why are prices slightly different from other exchanges?
DrakoCryptoX uses CoinGecko and Binance public data feeds for real-time prices. Minor differences may exist due to exchange-specific spreads and the timing of updates.
How do I set up 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)?
Go to Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication → tap Enable → scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy) → enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
How do I delete my account?
Email drako.tech47@gmail.com with subject "Delete My Account" and we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days. Uninstalling the app immediately removes all locally stored data from your device.
Is DrakoCryptoX safe to use?
Yes. All wallet data is AES-256 encrypted and stored only on your device using Apple Keychain. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. The app supports Face ID, Touch ID, and 2FA for additional security layers.
What cryptocurrencies are supported?
DrakoCryptoX supports 20+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), BNB, XRP, USDT, USDC, Polygon (MATIC), Avalanche (AVAX), Cardano (ADA) and more.
