1. Overview
DrakoCryptoX ("we", "us", or "our") operates the DrakoCryptoX mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
🔒 Core Principle: Your account credentials and wallet data are stored exclusively on your device using Apple Keychain (iOS) or Android Keystore. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data required to operate our service:

We do NOT collect: precise location, contacts, browsing history, biometric data (processed by iOS only), or payment card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Account authentication — to verify your identity when signing in
- Wallet management — to display your balances and transaction history
- Price alerts — to trigger local notifications when price targets are reached
- App stability — anonymized crash logs to fix bugs and improve performance
- Customer support — to respond when you contact us by email
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Data Storage & Security
- AES-256 encryption for all sensitive wallet data stored on your device
- Apple Keychain / Android Keystore — cryptographic keys stored in the device's Secure Enclave
- SHA-256 hashed passwords — your plain-text password is never stored anywhere
- Face ID / Touch ID — biometric results processed entirely by iOS, never shared with us
- TLS 1.2+ for all network communications
⚠️ Your Responsibility: Your recovery seed phrase cannot be recovered by DrakoCryptoX. Store it offline in a secure location. We will never ask for your seed phrase.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses these services for real-time market data. Only your IP address is sent — no personal account data is transmitted to them:

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data may only be disclosed:
- Legal requirement — if required by law, court order, or government authority
- Safety — to protect the rights or safety of DrakoCryptoX, our users, or the public
- Business transfer — in a merger or acquisition; users will be notified first
7. Your Rights & Account Deletion
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — update your profile within the App (Profile → Edit)
- Deletion — request full account and all data deletion
- Opt-out — disable push notifications in device Settings → DrakoCryptoX at any time
🗑️ Account Deletion: Email drako.tech47@gmail.com with subject "Delete My Account". All data will be deleted within 30 days. Uninstalling the App immediately removes all locally stored data from your device.
To exercise any right, email drako.tech47@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
DrakoCryptoX is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us immediately and we will delete it. EU users must be at least 16 years old (GDPR).
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above and posting a notice in the App on the next launch. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
